SCALE Together partners with local schools and businesses across Orange County to expose students to career paths in manufacturing, aviation, and skilled trades — industries that offer strong, stable careers but rarely get the same attention as college-track professions. Through hands-on facility tours with local employers, students see firsthand what these careers actually look like day to day.

We believe every student deserves to know these paths exist before they've ruled them out. When students see real workplaces and meet the people building things in their own community, manufacturing stops being an abstraction and starts looking like a future they could choose.
